Weedist’s recipe for the “Easter pot potatoes” is simple and delicious.
- 2 ¼ lbs Yukon Gold potatoes (scrubbed but not peeled),
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds,
- 6 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter (softened),
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (minced),
- 1 medium shallot (minced),
- 3 cloves of garlic (finely minced),
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice,
- ¼ teaspoon salt,
- and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
