Easter Cannabis Infused Potatoes

Weedist’s recipe for the “Easter pot potatoes” is simple and delicious.

  • 2 ¼ lbs Yukon Gold potatoes (scrubbed but not peeled),
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds,
  • 6 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter (softened),
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (minced),
  • 1 medium shallot (minced),
  • 3 cloves of garlic (finely minced),
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice,
  • ¼ teaspoon salt,
  • and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
