A new study has found that cannabidiol is an effective treatment option for people with Dravet syndrome. People with Dravet syndrome suffer from uncontrollable seizures. This is the first conclusive study that found that cannabis is actually effective. The study found that of the 120 people in the study 40% had their seizures reduced by half and 5% are seizure free. This could be the study that allows people with epilepsy get help using medical marijuana.
